28. ଅତୀତ ରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଉତ୍ପାଟନ, ଭଗ୍ନ, ନିପାତ, ବିନାଶ ଓ କ୍ଲେଶ ଦଇେଥିଲୁ। ମାତ୍ର ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ନିର୍ମାଣ ଓ ରୋପଣ କରିବା। ଆଉ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଯତ୍ନ ନଇେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ କରିବା।" ଏହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି।
