17. ଏହେତୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ପ୍ରତିବାସୀ ପ୍ରତି ମୁକ୍ତି ଘୋଷଣା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆମ୍ଭ ବାକ୍ୟରେ ମନୋଯୋଗ କରି ନାହଁ; ଏଣୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଖଡ଼୍‍ଗ ପ୍ରତି, ମହାମାରୀ ପ୍ରତି ଓ ଦୁର୍ଭିକ୍ଷ ପ୍ରତି ମୁକ୍ତି ଘୋଷଣା କରୁଅଛୁ; ଆଉ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ପୃଥିବୀର ସମସ୍ତ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଏଣେତେଣେ ବିକ୍ଷିପ୍ତ ହେବା ପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମର୍ପଣ କରିବା ।
