27. ମାତ୍ର ରବ୍ଶାକି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲା, ମୋʼ ପ୍ରଭୁ କି ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଏସବୁ କଥା କହିବା ପାଇଁ ପଠାଇଅଛନ୍ତି? ଏହି ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ବିଷ୍ଠା ଖାଇବାକୁ ଓ ମୂତ୍ର ପିଇବାକୁ ପ୍ରାଚୀର ଉପରେ ବସିଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ କʼଣ ମୋତେ ପଠାଇ ନାହାନ୍ତି?

27. ମାତ୍ର ରବ୍‍ଶାକି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲା, “ମୋ’ ପ୍ରଭୁ କି ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଏସବୁ କଥା କହିବା ପାଇଁ ପଠାଇଅଛନ୍ତି ? ଏହି ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ବିଷ୍ଠା ଖାଇବାକୁ ଓ ମୂତ୍ର ପିଇବାକୁ ପ୍ରାଚୀର ଉପରେ ବସିଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ କ’ଣ ମୋତେ ପଠାଇ ନାହାନ୍ତି ?”

27. But Rab-shakeh said unto them, Hath my master sent me to thy master, and to thee, to speak these words? [hath he] not [sent me] to the men which sit on the wall, that they may eat their own dung, and drink their own piss with you.
