4. ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ପରମେଶ୍ଵର ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ଦେଖ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆପଣା ହସ୍ତସ୍ଥିତ ଯେଉଁସକଳ ଯୁଦ୍ଧାସ୍ତ୍ର ଦ୍ଵାରା ବାବିଲର ରାଜା ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଅବରୋଧକାରୀ କଲ୍ଦୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ପ୍ରାଚୀରର ବାହାରେ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ କରୁଅଛ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେହିସବୁକୁ ଫେରାଇ ଦେବା ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏହି ନଗର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସେସବୁକୁ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରିବା ।
