21. ପୁଣି, ବିଜାତିମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବାସକାରୀ ସମସ୍ତ ଯିହୁଦୀଙ୍କି ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଶିଶୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ସୁନ୍ନତ ନ କରିବାକୁ ଓ ବିଧିବିଧାନ ଅନୁସାରେ ନ ଚଳିବାକୁ କହି ମୋଶାଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ପରିତ୍ୟାଗ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦେଇଥାଅ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିଷୟରେ ସେମାନେ ଏହି ସମ୍ଵାଦ ପାଇଅଛନ୍ତି ।
