14. କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ଯେପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଭୂମିରେ ବୃଷ୍ଟି ନ ବର୍ଷାନ୍ତି, ସେଦିନ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମଇଦା-କଳସ ଶୂନ୍ୟ ହେବ ନାହିଁ, କିଅବା ପାତ୍ରରେ ତୈଳର ଅଭାବ ହେବ ନାହିଁ।”
