7. ଏହେତୁ ସେ ଯିହୁଦାକୁ କହିଲେ, ଆସ, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଏହିସବୁ ନଗର ନିର୍ମାଣ କରି ତହିଁର ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗରେ ପ୍ରାଚୀର ଓ ଦୁର୍ଗ, ଦ୍ଵାର ଓ ଅର୍ଗଳ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରୁ; ଦେଶ ଅଦ୍ୟାପି ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଅଛି, ଯେହେତୁ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ଵରଙ୍କୁ ଅନ୍ଵେଷଣ କରିଅଛୁ; ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କର ଅନ୍ଵେଷଣ କରିଅଛୁ ଓ ସେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗରେ ବିଶ୍ରାମ ଦେଇଅଛନ୍ତି । ତହୁଁ ସେମାନେ ନଗର ନିର୍ମାଣ କରି କୃତକାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ହେଲେ ।
