9. ତହିଁରେ ସେ ମୋତେ କହିଲେ, ହେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ-ସନ୍ତାନ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବାୟୁ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଭବିଷ୍ୟଦ୍ବାକ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଚାର କର, ଭବିଷ୍ୟଦ୍ବାକ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଚାର କର ଓ ବାୟୁକୁ କୁହ, ପ୍ରଭୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ହେ ପ୍ରାଣବାୟୁ, ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗରୁ ଆସ ଓ ଏହି ହତଲୋକମାନେ ଯେପରି ଜୀବିତ ହେବେ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ବହ ।
