15. ପ୍ରଭୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି; ସେ ପାତାଳକୁ ଓହ୍ଲାଇ ଯିବା ଦିନ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଶୋକ ନିରୂପଣ କଲୁ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହା ସକାଶୁ ଜଳଧିକୁ ଆଚ୍ଛାଦିତ କଲୁ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତହିଁର ସ୍ରୋତସମୂହକୁ ନିବୃତ୍ତ କଲୁ, ତହିଁରେ ମହାଜଳରାଶି ରୁଦ୍ଧ ହେଲା; ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଲିବାନୋନକୁ ଶୋକ କରାଇଲୁ ଓ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରସ୍ଥ ବୃକ୍ଷସକଳ ତାହା ଲାଗି ମ୍ଳାନ ହେଲେ ।

15. Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the day when he went down to the grave I caused a mourning: I covered the deep for him, and I restrained the floods thereof, and the great waters were stayed: and I caused Lebanon to mourn for him, and all the trees of the field fainted for him.
