13:16. ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ପଶୁ ସବୁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ବଡ଼ ଓ ସାନ, ଧନୀ ଓ ଗରିବ, ସ୍ବାଧୀନ ଓ ପରାଧୀନ ନିର୍ବିଶଷେ ରେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ହାତ ରେ କିମ୍ବା ସମାନଙ୍କେ କପାଳ ରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଚିହ୍ନ ଧାରଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ବାଧ୍ଯ କଲା।
