2:14. ରାଜାଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ପ୍ ରରେିତ ନେତାମାନଙ୍କର ଆଜ୍ଞା ପାଳନ କର। ମନ୍ଦ କାମ କରୁଥିବା ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦବୋ ଓ ଭଲ କାମ କରୁଥିବା ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିବା ଲାଗି ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ପଠାଯାଇଥାଏ।
