20:3. ଯଦି କୌଣସି ନରହତ୍ଯାକାରୀ ଭୂଲ୍ ରେ ଓ ଅଜ୍ଞାତସାର ରେ କାହାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ବଧ କରେ ସେ ସହେି ନିରାପଦ ସହରକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ପଳାଇ ୟାଇପା ରେ। ତେଣୁ ସହେିସବୁ ନଗର ରକ୍ତର ପ୍ରତିହନ୍ତାଠାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଆଶ୍ରଯ ନଗର ହବେ।

20:3. Anyone who accidentally kills someone can escape there; these cities will be a place of asylum from the avenger of blood.
