9:18. ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଓ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ହାଇେଥିବା ପ୍ରଥମ ନିୟମ ଠିକ୍ ସହେିଭଳି। ପ୍ରଥମ ନିୟମ ମଧ୍ଯ ରକ୍ତଦ୍ବାରା କାର୍ୟ୍ଯକାରୀ ହାଇେଥିଲା।
