2:5. ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ସହିତ ସୁସଂପର୍କ ରଖିବା ପାଇଁ ଆମ୍ଭେ କରିଥିବା ଉତ୍ତମ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯଗୁଡ଼ିକ ହତେୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇ ନ ଥିଲୁ। ସେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଧୋଇ କରି ନୂଆ ମଣିଷ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଉଦ୍ଧାର ଓ ନୂତନତା ପବିତ୍ର ଆତ୍ମାଙ୍କ ମାଧ୍ଯମ ରେ ଆସିଥିଲା।

2:5. to be self-controlled, pure, fulfilling their duties at home, kind, being subject to their own husbands, so that the message of God may not be discredited.
