1:16. ସେ ଲୋକମାନେ କୁହନ୍ତି ଯେ ସମାନେେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କୁ ଜାଣିଛନ୍ତି। କିନ୍ତୁ ଯେଉଁସବୁ ମନ୍ଦ କାମ ସମାନେେ କରୁଛନ୍ତି, ସେଥିରୁ ଜଣାଯାଏ ଯେ ସମାନେେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ସମାନେେ ଭୟଙ୍କର ଲୋକ, ଆଜ୍ଞା ବି ରୋଧୀ ଓ କୌଣସି ଭଲ କାମ ପାଇଁ ଅ ଯୋଗ୍ଯ।
