8:5. ତେଣୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ହୃଦଯର ସହିତ ଜାଣିବା ଉଚିତ୍ ଯେ, ଜଣେ ପିତା ତା'ର ସନ୍ତାନଗଣଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଯେପରି ଅନକ୍ସ୍ଟଶାସିତ କରେ ସହେିପରି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଅନକ୍ସ୍ଟଶାସିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

8:5. Be keenly aware that just as a parent disciplines his child, the LORD your God disciplines you.

8:5. Think about it: Just as a parent disciplines a child, the LORD your God disciplines you for your own good.

8:5. And thou shalt consider in thy heart, that, as a man chasteneth his son, so Jehovah thy God chasteneth thee.

8:5. You must remember that the Lord your God teaches and corrects you as a father teaches and corrects his son.

8:5. You shall consider in your heart that as a man chastens his son, so Yahweh your God chastens you.
