3:6. ଅବ୍ରହାମଙ୍କ ବିଷୟ ରେ ଶାସ୍ତ୍ର ମଧ୍ଯ ଏହି କଥା କୁ ହେ : "ଅବ୍ରହାମ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କୁ ବିଶ୍ବାସ କଲେ ଓ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତାହାଙ୍କ ନିଜ ସହିତ ଅବ୍ରହାମଙ୍କୁ ଧାର୍ମିକ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ତାହାଙ୍କର ବିଶ୍ବାସକୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କଲେ।"
