9:16. ଅତଏବ, ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଦୟା ଉପରେ ଏହା ନିର୍ଭର କରେ, ଜଣେ ଲୋକର ଇଚ୍ଛା ବା ଚେଷ୍ଟା ଉପରେ ନୁହେଁ ।

9:16. So then, it does not depend on human desire or exertion, but on God who shows mercy.
