3:20. ଏହାର କାରଣ ହେଲା, କୌଣସି ଲୋକ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ପାଳନ କରିବା ଦ୍ବାରା ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଧାର୍ମିକ ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ। ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା କବଳେ ଆମ୍ଭର ପାପ ବିଷୟ ରେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ସାବଧାନ କରାଏ।

3:20. For no one is declared righteous before him by the works of the law, for through the law comes the knowledge of sin.

3:20. For no one can ever be made right with God by doing what the law commands. The law simply shows us how sinful we are.
