13:4. ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଶାସକ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ସବେକ। କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଭୁଲ୍ କଲେ ଭୟ କରିବ। ଶାସକର ଦଣ୍ତ ଦବୋ କ୍ଷମତା ଅଛି, ସେ ସହେି କ୍ଷମତାର ପ୍ରଯୋଗ କରି ମନ୍ଦ କାମ କରୁଥିବା ଲୋକକୁ ଦଣ୍ତ ଦବେେ।

13:4. for it is God's servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be in fear, for it does not bear the sword in vain. It is God's servant to administer retribution on the wrongdoer.
