7:2. ସେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ, " ମାରେ ଯିହୂଦୀ ପିତାମାନେ ଓ ଭାଇମାନେ, ମାେ କଥା ଶୁଣ। ଆମ୍ଭର ପିତା ଅବ୍ରାହାମ ହାରୋଣ ନଗର ରେ ବାସ କରିବା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଯେତବେେଳେ ମସପେତାମିଆ ରେ ଥିଲେ, ସେତବେେଳେ ଗୌରବମୟ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଦର୍ଶନ ଦଇେ କହିଲେ,

7:2. So he replied, "Brothers and fathers, listen to me. The God of glory appeared to our forefather Abraham when he was in Mesopotamia, before he settled in Haran,
