1:18. ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କୁ କୌଣସି ଲୋକ କବେେ ଦେଖି ନାହିଁ, କିନ୍ତୁ ଏକ ମାତ୍ର ପୁତ୍ର ଯୀଶୁ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ପରମେଶ୍ବର। ସେ ପରମପିତାଙ୍କର ଅତି ନିକଟତମ। ପରମେଶ୍ବର କିପରି ଅଟନ୍ତି, ଏହା ପୁତ୍ର ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଦଖାଇେ ଦଇେଛନ୍ତି।
