17:1. ଯୀଶୁ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଶିଷ୍ଯମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, "ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଭାବରେ ଏଭଳି ଘଟଣା ଘଟିବ, ଯେଉଁ କାରଣରୁ ଲୋକେ ପାପ କରିବେ। ମାତ୍ର ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ଦ୍ବାରା ଏଭଳି ଘଟଣାମାନ ଘଟିବ, ସହେି ଲୋକ ପାଇଁ ଏହା ବହୁତ ଖରାପ ହବେ।

17:1. Jesus said to his disciples, "Stumbling blocks are sure to come, but woe to the one through whom they come!

17:1. One day Jesus said to his disciples, "There will always be temptations to sin, but what sorrow awaits the person who does the tempting!
