2:22. ସହେି ଭଳି କହେି କବେେ ହେଲେ ନୂଆ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ପୁରୁଣା ଚମଡା-ପାତ୍ର ରେ ରେଖ ନାହିଁ। ଯଦି ତାହା କରେ ତବେେ ନୂଆ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ପୁରୁଣା ଚମଡା ପାତ୍ରକୁ ଫଟାଇ ଦବେ ଓ ଚମଡା ପାତ୍ର ସହିତ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ମଧ୍ଯ ନଷ୍ଟ ହାଇୟିବେ। ସେଥିପାଇଁ ନୂଆ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ନୂଆ ଚମଡା ପାତ୍ର ରେ ହିଁ ରଖା ଯାଇଥାଏ।"

2:22. And no one pours new wine into old wineskins; otherwise, the wine will burst the skins, and both the wine and the skins will be destroyed. Instead new wine is poured into new wineskins."

2:22. "And no one puts new wine into old wineskins. For the wine would burst the wineskins, and the wine and the skins would both be lost. New wine calls for new wineskins."
