35:20. "ଆଉ ଯବେେ କହେି ହିଂସା କରି କାହାକୁ ଆପଣା ହସ୍ତ ରେ ଆଘାତ କରେ, ଅବା କିଛି ଗୋଟିଏ ତା' ଉପରକୁ ଫିଙ୍ଗିଦିଏ ଓ ସେଥି ରେ ସହେି ଅନ୍ୟ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ମ ରେ, ତବେେ ଆଘାତକାରୀ ହତ୍ଯାକାରୀ ବୋଲି ବିବଚେିତ ହବେ ଓ ସେ ପ୍ରାଣଦଣ୍ତ ରେ ଦଣ୍ତିତ ହବେ। ଯେଉଁ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ହତ୍ଯା କରିଥିଲା ତାକୁ ମୃତବ୍ଯକ୍ତିର ପରିବାରର କୌଣସି ସଦସ୍ଯ ତାକୁ ଦେଖିଲା ମାତ୍ ରେ ହତ୍ଯା କରିବେ।

35:20. "But if he strikes him out of hatred or throws something at him intentionally so that he dies,

35:20. So if someone hates another person and pushes him or throws a dangerous object at him and he dies, it is murder.
