6:16. କାହିଁକି ଏସବୁ ଘଟିବ? କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅମ୍ରିଙ୍କ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ପାଳନ କରୁଛ ଏବଂ ଆହାବ ବଂଶର ପାଳିତ ସମସ୍ତ ଅବିଧିକୁ ଅନୁସରଣ କରୁଛ। ଯେ ହତେୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛ, ତେଣୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବିନାଶ କରିବା। ଯେତବେେଳେ ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ବିଧ୍ବସ୍ତ ନଗର ଦେଖିବେ ସମାନେେ ବିସ୍ମଯ ରେ ସିଟି ବଜାଇବେ। ଅନ୍ୟ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀର ଲଜ୍ଜା ଅପମାନ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବହନ କରିବ।

6:16. You implement the regulations of Omri, and all the practices of Ahab's dynasty; you follow their policies. Therefore I will make you an appalling sight, the city's inhabitants will be taunted derisively, and nations will mock all of you."
