2:2. ୟୂନସ କହିଲେ, "ମୁଁ ଅତି ଦୁଖ ରେ ଥିଲି। ମୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ ଭିକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ଡାକିଲି ଏବଂ ସେ ମାେତେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ। ମୁଁ କବରର ବହୁ ଗଭୀରତମ ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ଥାଇ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଡାକିଲି ଏବଂ ପ୍ରଭୁ ମାରେ ସ୍ବର ଶୁଣିଲେ।

2:2. and said, "I called out to the LORD from my distress, and he answered me; from the belly of Sheol I cried out for help, and you heard my prayer.

2:2. He said, "I cried out to the LORD in my great trouble, and he answered me. I called to you from the land of the dead, and LORD, you heard me!

2:2. And he said, I called by reason of mine affliction unto Jehovah, And he answered me; Out of the belly of Sheol cried I, And thou heardest my voice.

2:2. saying, "I called out to the LORD, out of my distress, and he answered me; out of the belly of Sheol I cried, and you heard my voice.

2:2. And said, I cried by reason of mine affliction unto the LORD, and he heard me; out of the belly of hell cried I, [and] thou heardest my voice.

2:2. saying, "I called to the LORD, out of my distress, and he answered me; out of the belly of Sheol I cried, and thou didst hear my voice.

2:2. And he said, I called by reason of mine affliction unto the LORD, and he answered me; out of the belly of hell cried I, {cf15i and} thou heardest my voice.

2:2. And he saith: I called, because of my distress, to Jehovah, And He doth answer me, From the belly of sheol I have cried, Thou hast heard my voice.

2:2. "I was in very bad trouble. I called to the Lord for help, and he answered me. I was deep in the grave. I cried to you, Lord, and you heard my voice.

2:2. He said, "I called because of my affliction to Yahweh. He answered me. Out of the belly of Sheol I cried. You heard my voice.
