1:21. ବିଜତାକୋରୀମାନେ ସିୟୋନ ପର୍ବତ ଉପରକୁ ଯିବେ ଏବଂ ଏଷୌ ପର୍ବତ ବାସ କରୁଥିବା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶାସନ କରିବେ ଏବଂ ରାଜ୍ଯ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଅଧିକୃତ ହବେ।
