31:11. ଏଥିପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ତାହାକୁ ବଳବାନ୍ ଶାସକର ହସ୍ତ ରେ ଦଇେଅଛି। ଯାହା ଫଳ ରେ ସେ ଏହାକୁ ତା'ର ଦୁଷ୍ଟାମି ଅନୁୟାଯୀ ବ୍ଯବହାର କରିବ। ମୁଁ ଏହାକୁ ଖାରଜ କରିଛି।

31:11. I gave it over to the leader of the nations. He has judged it thoroughly, as its sinfulness deserves. I have thrown it out.
