29:15. ଏହା ସବୁଠାରୁ ନୀଚ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ହବେ ଏବଂ ଏହା ଅନ୍ୟ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରମାନଙ୍କ ଉପ ରେ ଉଠିପାରିବ ନାହିଁ। ମୁଁ ଏହାକୁ ଏତେ ଦୁର୍ବଳ କରି ଦବେି ଯେ, ସମାନେେ କବେେ ପୁଣି ଅନ୍ୟ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଉପ ରେ ଶାସନ କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ।
