20:25. ତେଣୁ ଯେଉଁ ବିଧି ମଙ୍ଗଳଜନକ ନୁହେଁ ସହେିସବୁ ବିଧି ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଦଲେୁ ଓ ଯେଉଁ ଶାସନ ରେ ସମାନେ ବଞ୍ଚିବେ ନାହିଁ ସହେିପରି ଶାସନ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଦଲେୁ।

20:25. I also gave them decrees which were not good and regulations by which they could not live.
