23:3. "ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେଉଁ ଯେଉଁ ଦେଶକୁ ଆମ୍ଭର ପଲକୁ ତଡ଼ି ଦଇେଅଛୁ, ସହେିସବୁ ଦେଶରୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟାଂଶ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରିବା। ଆଉ ପୁନର୍ବାର ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ବାସ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଫରୋଇ ଆଣିବା। ସେତବେେଳେ ସମାନେେ ପ୍ରଜାବନ୍ତ ଓ ବହୁ ସଂଖ୍ଯକ ହବେେ।
