29:18. ଯଦି ଏକ ଜାତି ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ପ୍ରକାଶିତବାକ୍ଯ ଦ୍ବାରା ନ ଚାଲେ, ଲୋକମାନେ ବିଶୃଙ୍ଖଳିତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି। କିନ୍ତୁ ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ନିଯମ ମାନି ଚଳେ, ସେ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ପାଏ।

29:18. When there is no prophetic vision the people cast off restraint, but the one who keeps the law, blessed is he!

29:18. When people do not accept divine guidance, they run wild. But whoever obeys the law is joyful.
