25:28. ଜଣେ ୟିଏ ନିଜକୁ ଆଯତ୍ତ କରିବାକୁ ଅସମର୍ଥ, ସେ ବିନା ପ୍ରାଚୀରର ନଗର ତୁଲ୍ଯ ଅଟେ।
