10:13. କାହିଁକି ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ୟାଆନ୍ତି ? କାରଣ ସମାନେେ ଭାବନ୍ତି ୟେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦବେେ ନାହିଁ।

10:13. Why does the wicked man reject God? He says to himself, "You will not hold me accountable."
